What
it is first comes in mind talking about Venice? The Venetian
glass, laces... And... Carnival...
Masks surround guests of Venice
everywhere.
On quays.
On the Piazzo di San Marco.
In uncountable small shops.
The Carnival is a style of life here.
It is a Soul of Venice.
Possible to say that it is
a City covered by a Mask
of the Time.
The
costume of this doll combines a heavy, rich decorated
top and a light transparent skirt with the plums, looking
like sea plants. She also has a traditional black-and-white
mask with golden decoration and pastes. Therefore, I wanted
to convey my impression from the sea-growing Venetian
houses with the patina of Time.
